Prescription Refills
-
We require 72 business hours notice if you need a prescription refill. If you take routine medications, please plan ahead so you won't run out of your medicine. For refills, call your pharmacy. They will then contact us for authorization.
-
If you order prescriptions through the mail, plan to reorder at least 2 weeks before your medication runs out.
-
Periodically, you will be required to schedule an appointment with your provider before a prescription can be renewed. This allows us to make sure the levels of medication you are taking are performing properly.
We accept many types of insurance,
please give us a call to verify we accept yours
